I thoroughly enjoyed that the hotel was 10 minutes drive from the airport.

My room here was spacious and well-lit, and it even had a fridge.

Our food for continental breakfast was great and all the staff were excellent and knowledgeable. The location turned out to be peaceful and decent, so close to all other facilities.

Reasonable base for travelling to Kirkwall and exploring local places. Very good and sensational breakfast to star a day with sausages and fruit juice. Location very close to the centre of Kirkwall, a ferry from Lerwick and the town centre which was about 20 minutes.

Kind, pleasant people working here. Great and decent location right by the ferry port in Kirkwall, airport and Orkney from the Shetland Ferry at 11pm. Also, to centre of Kirkwall.

I had a fantastic stay at this guest house. The location was easy to find and parking was a breeze. The room was cozy and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The breakfast was absolutely superb, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The bathroom, although not en suite, was right next to the room and exclusive to guests. I also appreciated the self-catering kitchen available for use at no extra cost. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this guest house to anyone visiting the area.

The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to the town center and nearby attractions. the staff was friendly and accommodating, which made for a pleasant stay.

The rooms were dirty and poorly maintained, with stained carpets and beds that were uncomfortable to sleep on. The bathrooms were also in need of attention, with visible dirt and grime.

The bed in the room was large, clean, and comfortable. The ensuite bathroom was modern and well-maintained. It was great to have amenities like a kettle, tea, coffee, and a hairdryer provided in the room. The room also had plenty of electrical sockets and USB ports for convenience. The selection of cooked and uncooked breakfast options was impressive, and I especially appreciated the order system for cooked breakfast. Having private parking spots available was a bonus.

The location, which was a bit far from the city centre. It would be preferable to have a car to get around.

The breakfast was delicious, catering well for dietary requirements. Bus route to town. Great range of tea, coffee, and hot chocolate. Big room with TV, kitchen, bathroom. Comfortable bed. Heater worked well. Host provided a bicycle pump and was flexible with late check-out.

The pillows were quite flat and hard, making it difficult to get comfortable. , there were some maintenance issues, such as peeling wallpaper and a broken lampshade.
